I took 3 stick, shoyu karaage(1.70), chicken ball(1.70) & chicken with green pepper(1.60), total cost $5. All the food are cold. Taste so so. Suggest maybe they can add numbering on the food, make it easier to order. (Eg: order 1,3,8) instead of pointing which one/ took the wrong one/ reconfirming order. I saw a customer point to the pepper chicken but the staff took the one next to it.

First time trying Tori Q at NEX and the food & ambiance were great. Queue move quickly and shout out to Andrew for the excellent service. He consistently greet and thank everyone. One of the best staff at Tori Q!

Tori Q has always been one of my favourite Japanese Yakitori stalls. Especially their chicken balls. Simply delicious

a decent yakitori with very affordable price. its taste is good (the satay and rice), queue is long but moves fast, the food well prepared so im not too long waiting. so many choices of satay. i always repurchase when i go to NEX mall

First time order from this outlet....The taste of the chicken meat is good. Customer service from the young ladies are good. The queue do moves in decent speed.

This stall used to be at NEX shopping mall. Tried the roasted chicken a few times ever since they moved to this coffee shop, and it was nice. Love the chilli. It enhanced the flavour. Their nasi lemak breakfast was a disappointment, not for my liking.

Queue is often long but moves quickly. We have tried ToriQ at different outlets but find that the food at NEX is fresher and tastier (and more variety) - maybe because the customers turnover is faster too so they have to churn out more food at a quicker pace. We often come on Monday evening and there is a server here who would always greet the customers with a cheerful attitude and thank the customers - thank you for making our day too! Can we also suggest ToriQ to have loyalty programme pls?
